The thing about HGH, is that it tend to make everything grow, even your heart and internal organs, which is dangerous. The amount taken in order to see results, is age and dose dependent. If your in your twenties, your natural production is already high thus, it will require a higher ammount to see results. Also, in order to see the benefit from HGH you must use it for a minimum of 6 months, and due to the cost of it many are not willing to spend that much more mediocre gains. On the upside, the older you are, it will have anti aging properties and require a lesser dosage to see results. It also has a fat loss effect and can help you recover from injuries ie torn tendon, significantly sooner. Drawbacks include, enlarged organs, “growth hormone gut”, acromegaly (enlarging of the forehead, hands, and feet), Penile shrinkage.

Well what kind of HGH supplement do you want? Natural or hormonal? I would stay away from anything hormonal/synthetic. If you go that route you will need PCT. It also carries major negative side effects.

Can someone answer some of my questions regarding human growth hormone (HGH)?
I have a friend who’s been talking about taking HGH to “get huge” for his freshmen year of college football. Hes pretty set on taking this stuff and I hear about it a lot, so I have some questions. Is it even legal? What ways can it be harmful to the person? Is it a good idea for an 18 year old to take this stuff?

It is NOT legal without prescription. Most crap you buy online doesn’t do jack besides damage your liver. Pure HGH is hard to find and works quite well and is much healthier than steroids. It is also quite expensive, upwards of 50 bucks a day in the right dosage, however, I doubt your friend has access to the real stuff anyhow.

If it’s in tablets and if you can buy it legally, it’s not real HGH. It’s a HGH supplement. Can’t even compare them. The HGH supplement are usually full of amino acid. It’s not bad, it feed your muscles, help for recovery, intense workout.

Traveling cannot lead to any to side efects of HCG
JUST WATCH OUT FOR THIS SIGNS- it is an impending signs of side effects
• Inflammation in the surface of legs and arms
• Symptoms akin to Arthritis
• Symptoms similar to the Carpal tunnel
• Bad headaches
• Increased muscle pain
• diabetes mellitus
• Anomalous development of internal organs and bones
• Toughening of arteries
• Increased blood pressure
according to the research of old healthy adult’s taking human growth hormone, it is preferable for them to stick to the practice only for a short time duration, but it is not proven that these side effects will bother them or turn them worse. It is really good to take human growth hormone from reputed dealers, as they ensure to maintain high-quality standards.

Is it good to take HGH? What are the effects?

Answer by izzy
It has no effects – period.
Human growth hormone need to be injected for it to work well in the body. If it is given as a pill, it would be broken down in the stomach and digested, before it reaches the blood stream.
Generate your own (if you are still growing that is)…
Eat properly and take exercise.
Also eat tryptophan rich foods…
Tryptophan is a routine constituent of most protein-based foods or dietary proteins. It is particularly plentiful in chocolate, oats, dried dates, milk, yogurt, cottage cheese, red meat, eggs, fish, poultry, sesame, chickpeas, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, spirulina, and peanuts.
Tryptophan is an amino acid that is converted to serotonin, which increases HGH (Human Growth Hormone) during sleep.
And that’s about it. You will grow as tall and as quickly as your genes dictate. Fixed for ever at the moment of conception. All that can disrupt this is severe illness or severe malnutrition in childhood.
