Can i increase rate of hgh release thru natural means?
hey i m 13 and 5’6″ cud i b tall about 4 inches more in the year of 14 and again 4 inches in 15th year………i heard and read thats teens grow 4 inches annually in this two year

i say you will grow till about??? 6’1 6’2 ? cause we all grow at different speeds im 13 and 5’11 my doctor says ill be 6’4 6’6 max at age 16-17 which is when we basicly stop growing

Nope.
Your body is going flat out with hgh as it is.
Wow = you have grown 8″ since you started
and you’re only 13.
How do I know ? because you start your
puberty growth at 4′- 10″
so you’ve had your full 4″ per year
over the last two years from 11.
So you’re early.
Yeah you’ll get another 5″ when you’re 15.
Stop being greedy, it’ll happen when it’s ready.
Your HGH is growing muscle now, btw.
