How can I grow taller and lose weight?

How can I grow taller and lose weight?
I am 15, around 5’7 and am currently losing weight, yet I would still like to grow some more, yes I know girls usually stop growing at 15, yet I know others that have grown a few inches after that, so I am wondering what I can do to maximize my chances of growing taller whilst losing weight on a low calorie and lots of exercise routine.

Please answer thoughtfully x

Ok, I’m just going to throw this word out at you…. DAIRY! Drink a lot of milk! Eat cheese! Whatever! Dairy promotes strong bones and makes you stronger, and it makes you taller. Take precautions though! Don’t drink Coffe, in some cases it can’t contribute to shrinking. It isn’t the case for EVERYONE, but just to be safe I wouldn’t. And anyways, I don’t think Coffe is good for you because it isnt good for your teeth out. :p How are you loosing weight? Are you starving yourself? Or working out? If you are hungry and not eating, that is not a good thing. EAT! In some foods, it is healthy for you and helps you grow. If your working out, AWESOME! That contributes to building to muscle! The more muscle you have, the more you will grow! I really really hope this helps, and best of luck! :)

Two things we can do to initiate HGH secretion are sleep and exercise.
Eat tryptophan rich foods…
Tryptophan is a routine constituent of most protein-based foods or dietary proteins. It is particularly plentiful in chocolate, oats, dried dates, milk, yogurt, cottage cheese, red meat, eggs, fish, poultry, sesame, chickpeas, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, spirulina, and peanuts.

Tryptophan is an amino acid that is converted to serotonin, which increases HGH (Human Growth Hormone) during sleep.
And that’s about it. You will grow as tall and as quickly as your genes dictate.

Diet pills tend to depend on caffeine (makes you feel alert) and diuretics (make you pee).

Drink tea or coffee, same effect and caffeine is also a diuretic.
Diuretic herbs like parsley, diuretic foods like oats, cranberries, tomatoes, celery, watercress, melons, fennel, green vegetables and salad stuff also provide other healthy compounds the body needs.
