Very little, I hope you know how much real GH costs from a pharmacy.

GH does not cause cancer. It just makes any cancer that is there already grow much quicker.

It does have effect, but it depends on how low your levels are. Unless your levels are very low, you will not notice very much if anything at all. Also, who said a placebo has no effect? Placebos do have an effect in about 30% of people who take them.
