What makes you grow with regards bodybuilding – IGF1 or HGH?

What makes you grow with regards bodybuilding – IGF1 or HGH?
Hi,

I have recently heard that HGH releases IGF1 which makes you grow. So does this mean that HGH does not make you grow directly, it just releases a hormone that does? Would it make sense to take a homeopathic IGF1 supplement over an HGH one? Would taking both together have some additional benefit? And what the heck is mechano growth factor?

Thanks for shedding some light,

Regards,

Ryan

bodybuilders mostly take steroids. that is the best way if you dont mind taking something dangerous and illegal. anyone considering hgh might as well just do steroids. do a lot of research first on cycles and dosages though.

Has anyone tried HGH plus IGF-1 & IGF-2 by HGH-Pro?

Question by Nia P: Has anyone tried HGH plus IGF-1 & IGF-2 by HGH-Pro?
I’ve been doing a lot of reading about HGH and it seems very interesting to me. The HGH-Pro seems like a reputible company and claims seem real. So I just wanted to know if anyone had any first hand experience with this product.

Its a scam, thats all there is to it. HGH (Human growth hormone) is ONLY produced by your pituitary. Growth hormone is ONLY produced synthetically in injectable form and must be refrigerated. Its only available by a prescription for growth hormone deficiency. Anything claiming to have HGH is just a big lie…there is nothing about it that is “reputable”.

I have been taking IGF for about 6 months now. I love it and have seen some tremendous gains with my energy levels and muscle recovery from a hard workout. I started taking NOW’s version but what not noticing much of a difference in the beginning but then I found a company called Pure Solutions that sells an alcohol based version called IGF Ultimate and I started getting some huge gains. You will see added benefits with muscle toning/ fat loss/ added energy / endurance levels/ raised libido/ balanced hormone levels and will help with mental health as well.

HGH Plus IGF-1 & IGF-2. Does this product work and is it legal?

Question by Natedogg: HGH Plus IGF-1 & IGF-2. Does this product work and is it legal?
I was researching a product online called HGH Plus and it says to have amazing results for aging, weight loss, lean muscle growth and many other positive results.

My questions is……does this product really work? If so, is it legal, and what negative effects can it have on my body? I read that HGH used for injection is synthetic and that it can cause many health issues just like steroids. What about the sprays and pill form? They don’t seem to cause problems and seem very beneficial? Can anyone shed some light on this product for me? I don’t want to do anything illegal, but protein and other GNC supplements seem to work very very slowly.

Thanks.

My blood tests came back – IGF-1 VERY low?

Question by bubbles: My blood tests came back – IGF-1 VERY low?
What are the side effects? How can I fix it?

Best answer:

Answer by Gary B
It is called Insulin-like Growth Factor. It is one of a number of tests used for the pituitary.

This hormone affects growth. People with low IGF are physically smaller than other people. With the IFG being VERY LOW, it sounds as though you have a pituitary problem.

YOU cannot fix it. Your doctor has probably taken other tests, and is working on a plan of action for you, which probably includes one or more medications.

YOUR job now is to follow the doctors order exactly, taking the medicines he recommends when he tells you to take them, and in the proper doses he tells you to take.
