ok maybe i should have added this before, i know how to lift, i have been since i was a freshman in high school, but now im in college and have an injury that i need surgery for, where my shoulder literally has no muscle, I just want to know under the right conditions how much muscle can be gained in 1 month? I know you can gain as much as 10lbs on injections….

It depends on your diet, how much you lift, and carb intake. The key thing is a healthy diet, and it’s impossible to say how much muscle you will gain without knowing all these factors.

HGH pills are garbage, and dont do anything, they are just plants that may or may not help boost natural GH levels and more than likley will nto do a thing.

You will get alot more results from food.

No. Not smart or safe. You’re only 15!! You aren’t even done growing yet… not for another few years. Taking it would be incredibly stupid for someone your age. Taking growth hormones while you’re still growing could be harmful, honestly.

As I’m sure you know, nothing in the gym comes easy. I’ve tried just about everything under the sun and have found that the old staples are just about all that’s available. Protein, Creatine, and Nitro are a part of my intake. I’ve done the forbidden “s” word and there’s really no way to match those kind of results. Good luck and keep up the hard work.

Yea they work but they will shrink your gonads. I suggest you work out and go to the gym just like everyone else instead of taking drugs to take the easy way out.
