Growing taller hgh need advice? Help?
I am 19 years old and a 5’4 female. I am seriously considering taking HGH. But all of them seem to be a scam. I am just curious, is there one that actually works? One that makes you taller naturally and one that’s healthy? I’ve even considered the limb lengthening surgery and decided it was all too much for me, and wasn’t worth the hassle. I am now considering HGH. Can someone give me some advice?

From what I’ve heard about HGH isn’t something I’d want. HGH, if your not done growing completely, will make your jaw bone get bigger and look more manly.. If I were you, i’d stay 5’4.. That perfect for a girl.

HGH supplements have not been around long enough for anyone to know their long term effects. Given that HGH promotes cell growth, it is not surprising that some scientists think there may be a link between it and cancer.

Your body will generate a proper level of HGH on its own to help you recover from strenuous exercise.

The advertising says the Powerfull increases production of HGH and Testosterone in the body.

At 18 I would focus on good nutrition and exercise. If you want that cut appearance (cut , ripped, whatever they call it ) then you need to reduce the amount of bodyfat, which is partially nutrition, partly exercise and partly genetic.

A steroid is a steroid. I have no idea if your body can use whats in the FOOD SUPPLEMENT which is what it seems to be classed as.

At your age I would not take it. You should have adequate HGH and testosterone already.

I know of people who swear by it, but they would mix the dry gelatin in warm water & soak their hands in it, not drink it. I’ve never tried it, I gave up on my natural nails years ago!! If you want to try it, I don’t see what it could hurt. But you don’t have to drink Knox gelatin, you can buy gelatin capsules at almost any health food store, or you may check your local pharmacy. If they don’t have it they might be able to order it for you Let me know if it works, I may have to try it myself.

no, HGH does not aromatize into estrogens. it also has to be injected subcutaneously, so if you aren’t injecting it then it’s not real HGH. GH releasers taken orally are a joke and are nothing more than over the counter amino acids that may or may not increase GH output.
