It has no effects – period.
Human growth hormone need to be injected for it to work well in the body. If it is given as a pill, it would be broken down in the stomach and digested, before it reaches the blood stream.

Eat properly and take exercise.
Also eat tryptophan rich foods…

you’re only 17! all you’re gonna do is shrink your testicles and not allow your body to develop naturally. i’ve known a lot of small/skinny guys who shot up and bulked out with proper exercise after they graduated high school.

is it better 2 take all amino acids to promote HGH (human growth hormone)levels or the individual amino acids?
i heard arginine and ornithine promote GH levels and so does glutamine, but there are other pills that contain ALL the amino acids
would taking all the amino acids be helpful with raising growth hormone levels?

First of all no its not safe for your age.for ur age u need to eat like a beast and workout likeva beast.I been ripped since 16 because I ate clean and ate a lot n worked hard.Hgh btw never works its BS. It will give u very bad side effects .my brother is 14 and just started to workout and I already see great results because I know what he needs to eat and he does p90x and is in freshman football team so he never used any supps n his getting stronger day by day because his very young and it easier to get big

Very useful for persons with particular, specific medical conditions. Dangerous, perhaps lethal to others. A very bad approach to weight loss or other off-label conditions.
