My honest opinion is no. There is no proof that these guys take roids unless they get busted, but I don’t think that it is possible to get that big without.

There has been articles written in some of the bodybuilding magazines where certain guys talk about using them and how extensive.

Flex Wheeler wrote a book where he talks about it.

To be at the top of the bodybuilding profession, I think roids are a must.

No there isn’t. Do not take animal cuts unless you plan on competing because there’s diuretics in it, which dehydrate you to remove any subcutaneous water before a show, not something you want on a normal day.

Taking HGH for 3 months. WIll there be any long term side effects?
I’m thinking about taking this while I work out. But first I want to know any side effects, if I was to take it for 3 months!!! Do the side effects only come if you overdue the dosage that is recommended, or do they happen even if you take the correct dosage. I weigh 170, and I wish to way about 190, Would I be able to get to my goal if I took HGH and had a proper protein diet in just 3 months?

The side effects are acromegaly. A condition in which your cartilage grows at an accelerated rate. This can distort your appearance somewhat if Hgh is used for extended periods at high doses.

The main thing to focus on is training very hard and very heavy and following an excellent nutrition plan.

If you really want to make muscular gains through the drug route anabolic steriods are the fastest proven method. Injectable is less toxic than pill form as it bypasses the liver.

If you’re specifically deficient in Growth Hormone, then yeah, they can prescribe it to you. Any licensed doctor can prescribe meds (even psychiatrists can, but they can be more scrutinized if they prescribe unusual things for them) so your family doctor certainly can if you need to.
However, if you aren’t deficient or there is no medical need (like if you want to take them recreationally for sports), you probably won’t find any doctor with an ounce of scruples who will prescribe them for you. Granted, there are unscrupulous doctors who prescribe restricted/abused drugs for enough money so you could shop around… but if you were caught with it, you could be in a lot of legal trouble as well. There are tablets/powders for sale (quite expensive)
no doctor’s prescriptions required

thats a good question i have heard both also, but the question u should be asking yourself is why do you want it anyway? to grow? are u short? want to get healthy? be more energized? the best way to do this is by living a healthy lifestyle and eating right. yeah i know it gets old but hey would u rather live with knowing u cheated ur body into “health”?

Are there any harmful side effects of HGH?
I took it in spray form for about a half a year and I have had health problems ever since. I was healthy with no problems before taking it.
I found it in a health food store and it proclaimed to make you feel younger and give you energy. The store clerk even recommended it when I questioned him.
