How old is your son? If he’s under eighteen, I’d just wait for a growth spurt unless he’s like… two feet tall and eleven years old. Some guys are simply short, and everyone keeps growing until age 18.

has anyone ever tried Lipozene…if so do the recommend it…
i’ve thought about trying it…i don’t get much exercise in..and for some reason i just can’t motivate myself to get anything done…i have a disk buldge in my lower back and it’s hard for me to do situps/crunches..i have nerve damage in my legs and feet and it’s painful to be on my feet for a long period of time..someone plzzzzz help with some advice..
also does anyone know a site to check out for that chair u sit on and it helps u do crunches..that would be helpful also..thanks

i don’t know about lipozene, but i have a bad feeling about most every weight loss “magic pill” there is. try an ab lounger and get a stationary bike. then go on the south beach diet. and try a very easy yoga video (if your doc says it’s ok). have you thought about swimming? that’s really low impact…

According to their site the pills you took contain green tea (which has caffeine) and more caffeine – 80mgs plus, among other things, elutheria (Siberian ginseng) which can accentuate the action of other drugs and can also raise blood pressure.

Lipozene appears to contain Glucomannan which is dietary fibre. There doesn’t seem to be any medical evidence to support their claims re the claims they make.

This excersize bike I have…?
It was my moms and she moved out and its here, I am a overweight and am bothered by it and would like to do something about it before augest, this bike she has I excersized on it for about 30mins to a hour for like a week and lost about 5 pounds that week and i didnt continue for some reason, and i just wanna know if rideing this bike for about a hour 5 days a week would work or should i do other things along with it, also I am taking lipozene diet pills along with it, is it normal for when i go #2 for it to look like the pills havent even opened up

Add stretching and small weights to your routine.

About the pills, that does not sound normal!!

Lipozene Pill.
Morning: 200 calories. (Oatmeal, special K bar, banana…etc)
Lunch: 300 calories.(Tuna sandwich, grapes,…etc)
Lipozene Pill.
Exercise: 1 hour. (Treadmill, weights etc…)
Dinner: Equate Weight Loss Shake. 180-230 calories.

Do you know any good works outs to loose belly fat, or other workouts?
please tell me your ideas.

If it worked, everyone would know about it and use it. Those commercials have been on forever and it’s still not sold in stores…there’s a reason for that.
